Mission
The goal for the Armens Athletic Department of Holy Martyrs Marie Cabayan Elementary and Holy Martyrs Ferrahian High School is to help our student-athletes become young Armenian-American adults with high moral characters who appreciate the values of teamwork and individual sacrifice. As coaches we strive to achieve these goals by being demanding, enforcing discipline and expecting of our student-athletes modesty, honesty, integrity, respect for others and, in general, compliance to a higher standard of behavior. Furthermore, as the athletic department of an Armenian school, we remind our student-athletes that they are the heirs to our Armenian culture and history. As such, their behaviors at all times should bring honor to themselves, their families, their teams, their school, their community and their people.
