Tuition Discount Policy

Tuition Discount Eligibility

Tuition Discount is provided to families undergoing financial hardship.  The amount of the tuition discount varies and is determined on the individual needs of a family and the overall academic and behavioral status of a student. 

Tuition discount does not apply toward registration, textbook, uniform, sports, etc. Families receiving tuition discount are not exempt from meeting their obligation toward the school Scrip Program.  Tuition discount is not granted to Pre-School students.

Tuition is extended to families with less than $45,000 annual household income. Under no circumstances will the tuition discount surpass 50% of the tuition fees.  Families in dire need of financial help may approach charitable organizations to seek additional financial aid (please refer to the scholarship section of the General Handbook.)

Tuition Discount Application Requirements

The Tuition Discount Application must be submitted to the school Administrative Office at the school Encino Campus no later than May 31.  Applications received after this deadline will not be accepted.

To be considered for tuition discount, the following documentation must be provided for verification purposes:

1. Copies of Income Tax returns of last two years

2. Copies of last two rent receipts or mortgage payments

3. Copies of last two pay or income stubs

4. Copy of Driver's License or Identification Card

5. Credit card information to which unpaid tuition payments will be charged

Applications will not be processed without the above documentation. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be disqualified immediately.

Tuition discount approval does not set precedence for future assistance.  A separate Tuition Discount Application must be filed for every academic year.
